WITHDRAWL PROCEDURE

Transfer Certificate (TC) Policy

1. Application Deadline:

Parents or guardians must apply for the Transfer Certificate (TC) on or before 31st December to receive it by the end of the current academic session.

2. Late Application & Additional Fee:

If the TC request is not submitted before 31st December, an additional fee equivalent to one-quarter of the next session’s fee will be applicable.

3. Mid-Term TC Requests:

For mid-term withdrawals, a three-month advance notice is required to process the TC. To be eligible for a refund of the security deposit, the required notice period must be met.
